In accordance with the CSO Bylaws, all members in good standing (not in arrears for dues) will have an equal vote for the purpose of electing Board members. Election to a position will be by simple majority of those voting by electronic ballot. If the first ballot fails to produce a majority for one position, a runoff of the two with the most votes will be conducted. Each member of the CSO shall have one (1) vote for each of the officers/directors standing for the election of the Board (Officers and Members-at-Large).
CSO currently has three Board Member positions for which there are nominees: President, Secretary, and Member-at-Large.
Voting will be open from 9 January 2024 00:00 to 31 January 2024 00:00.
